ProMATIC Automation, an AGR company

Building Scalable Solutions. Empowering Manufacturers.

Modular automation specialists for small‑to‑mid‑sized manufacturing — from starter cells to scalable production lines.

Our Mission

The mission of ProMATIC can be described in three areas:

Ideas

We are focused on implementing leading automation technologies combined with ingenuitive and innovative custom designs to provide robust automation solutions.

Team

We continually strive to build teamwork between employees, customers, and suppliers to cooperate and collaborate on all phases of the project.

Customer

Our goal is to always provide solutions that surpass our customer’s needs and expectations.

Our Project Approach

At ProMATIC, every project presents a new and interesting challenge that allows the team to use their strong, creative spirit to deliver the most robust, repeatable and cost-efficient solution.

Concept Design/Quotation
Every project starts with collaboration. Our engineers work with your team to define a concept that meets your goals — not just your specs. You’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal designed around performance, reliability, and ROI.
1
Project Management
Your project stays on track with proactive updates and open communication. You’ll receive weekly progress reports, web meetings, and transparent change-order documentation — ensuring there are no surprises in schedule, scope, or cost.
2
Design and Programming
We design with precision and simplicity in mind. Using 3D SolidWorks and proven PLC or PC-based control platforms, our systems are built for safe operation, easy maintenance, and reliable fault recovery. You’re part of every major review to keep designs aligned with your expectations.
3
Machining & Fabrication
Your equipment is built in-house by skilled fabricators and machinists using CNC technology and high-grade materials. Every component is finished, inspected, and verified to meet your performance and durability standards.
4
Procurement
We source from trusted automation partners — from robots and sensors to pneumatics and control systems — to ensure quality, compatibility, and timely delivery. Long-lead items are managed carefully to keep your project moving on schedule.
5
Assembly
Your system is assembled by expert mechanical and electrical technicians who take pride in precision and craftsmanship. You’re welcome to visit our facility during assembly to see your equipment come together.
6
Equipment Demonstration & Run-Off
Before shipment, your team joins us for a full system demonstration to confirm that every function performs to spec. We use this time to train your operators and maintenance staff — so your line is ready to run from day one.
7
Delivery, Installation & Service
We deliver complete, turnkey installation and startup support. Our technicians train your team on-site and stay available for future service or warranty needs to keep your operation running smoothly long after delivery.
8
Documentation
You’ll receive a complete, organized documentation package — including drawings, schematics, spare parts lists, and maintenance guides — to simplify training, operation, and long-term support.
